We train and connect talented young professionals from emerging markets with meaningful opportunities in the global renewable energy sector. These Terms apply only to use of our public website. Separate written agreements will govern any training participation, professional placement, or company partnerships facilitated by Ayni.

All curriculum materials, training content, and resources created by or for Ayni remain the property of Ayni Global Talent LLC. If participants produce work as part of a training program or collaboration directly supporting a partner company, ownership of that specific work will be governed by the separate Master Services Agreement between Ayni and that company.
7. No Employment or Contractor Relationship
Accessing this Site or communicating with Ayni does not create any employment, partnership, or independent contractor relationship with Ayni. Such relationships may exist only through a separate, signed written agreement.
8. Privacy and Data Handling

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively as follows:

Good Faith Negotiation – The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days;

Mediation – If unresolved, the parties will proceed to non-binding mediation in Atlanta, Georgia;

Arbitration – If still unresolved after mediation, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Atlanta, Georgia, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s fees shall be shared equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Language and Interpretation
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their English meaning.
If translated into another language, the English version shall control in case of inconsistency.
17. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ayni regarding your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
